Enforcement Education CSUMB police officers cover the equivalent of a small city

Posted on Sep 14, 2006 The California State University, Monterey Bay Police Department protects the largest population of students who live on campus in the California State University system. The 1,387-acre campus is an isolated city within a city, home to 7,000 people. Chief Fred Hardee says "being proactive educators" is an enormous part of what the UPD does.
